Annual Membership Fees

What are JAWUG membership fees ?

One could think of JAWUG membership fees to be the same as membership fees of any club . eg Sports clubs. Your membership fee is not based on whether you can connect to the network or not, but rather membership to JAWUG. Being an NPO/PBO your membership fees are used for the administration and upkeep of the core network. Unpaid members will be rate limited to 64kbps until their membership fees have been paid. Only paid up members have voting rights to elect JAWUG committee members and have a direct say into the running and decision making process of JAWUG. A 30 day grace period is allowed so that you may access if you would to continue on and become a fully fledged JAWUG member

• Membership is currently R360.00 per annum.
• Full time students (ie. Students whom are not employed and studying full time) : R300.00
